What are the documents I need to get ready?

Setting up a company in Singapore is quite straightforward!
We will require documents for all of the directors, shareholders and any authorised persons designated by corporate parents to incorporate a company.

For individuals, we will require

1. Photo ID (NRIC for Locals, Passport for Foreigners).
2. Proof of address for Foreigners only (government letter or utility bills not more than 3 months old).
3. Please also provide contact details such as emails and phone numbers.

For corporates, we will require

1. Certificate of registration
2. Extract of company profile from regulators/business registry (name, registration number, directors, shareholders, paid-up capital etc)
3. Organisation Chart showing the shareholding for identification of ultimate beneficial owners
4. Resolution approving the incorporation in Singapore and appointment of authorised person.
